Sappada is rich in traditions, and the food and drink here is no exception. We pay particular attention to our cuisine, handled directly by our owner in person, who offers our guests a wide selection of traditional and local foods every day, all prepared using only fresh and genuine ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the elegant, Tyrolean-style restaurant with panoramic views.
Guests can choose from our à la carte dishes, offering a wide selection of original first courses, second courses that always include game and local produce such as mushrooms, and our famous dessert specialities (our homemade ice-cream prepared by the owners using milk from Sappada is a particular favourite), all served to your table.
Our attentive service also offers a hearty sweet and savoury breakfast buffet with cakes, biscuits, pastries, yoghurt and homemade jams, cereals, fresh fruit, fruit in syrup or dried fruit, fruit juices and prosecco. There is also a dietary corner for people who have issues with sugar, offering alternatives that meet their requirements.
