By car
From the Veneto region, you can take the A27 Mestre-Belluno motorway until the last exit at Longarone (Pian di Vedoia), and then continue in the direction of Pieve di Cadore. Near to Auronzo di C., take the road for S.Stefano di C. and then for Sappada. From Friuli Venezia Giulia, follow the A28 Palmanova-Tarvisio motorway and exit at the Tolmezzo tollbooth; from here, continue along main road no. 52 which goes through Ovaro and Rigolato before arriving to Sappada.

By train
The nearest station is Calalzo di Cadore. From here, you can take the bus directly to Sappada, which takes less than an hour; if you're coming from Friuli, get off at the “Carnia” station and, from there, take the bus to Sappada.
